Sign up with an email address and a password. No clinic visit, no paperwork, nothing to install.

Add the people you look after
A parent, a child, a grandparent — or just yourself. Each one takes a minute and can be filled in as you go.

Photograph a prescription after a visit. Add the blood test when it arrives. Enter the medicine the day it starts.

PRIVACY IS THE POINT
Health records are the most personal thing you own.
They belong to your family, not to us. So MedKhata is built to share as little as possible, for as short a time as you allow.
Separated at the database
Every record is scoped to the people allowed to see it, enforced at the data layer — not just hidden in the interface.
Access that runs out
Every invitation carries an expiry, from an hour to a week. When it lapses, the link stops working on its own.
Nothing shared by default
No record leaves your account unless you send it. There is no directory, no discovery, no listing of families.
A record of responsibility
When you add a member, the date you took charge of their records is written to your account — the trail the DPDP Act 2023 expects.

Who is MedKhata for?
Anyone who ends up holding a family's medical paperwork — usually the person who takes a parent to appointments, keeps track of a child's vaccinations, or simply wants their own reports in one place instead of four.
Do I have to enter everything at once?
No. A member needs only a name to exist. Add the blood group when you next see it, the allergy when you remember, the report when it arrives. The record grows as life goes on.
Can more than one person in the family use it?
Yes. You can invite a sibling or spouse to a member's record as a viewer, or as a caregiver who can also add records and medicines. You stay the administrator, and access can be withdrawn at any time.
Can I bring this to an appointment?
Yes — export any member's record as a PDF and bring it along, or open it on your phone during the visit.
What happens to a shared link afterwards?
It expires on the schedule you set. You can also revoke it early from the sharing page, and see when it was accepted and by whom.
Does it cost anything?
MedKhata is free while it is being built. If paid features arrive later, keeping your own family's records will not be one of them.
